Service Balance Purchase Terms

A purchased balance can be used only for eligible EriWave services. It is not a bank account, deposit, general-purpose stored value, or payment instrument, and it cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash by a workspace owner.

The amount shown before checkout is the total payable through Paystack. EriWave does not add a separate VAT charge to a service-balance top-up, and the same naira amount is credited to the workspace balance.

Paystack processes the payment on its hosted checkout. EriWave absorbs Paystack processing fees; those fees are not added to the customer total. Paystack may process payment and transaction data under its own terms and privacy practices.

Returning from checkout does not prove payment. EriWave credits the service balance only after server-side confirmation of a successful NGN payment for the exact expected amount. Confirmation may be delayed while Paystack or EriWave completes verification or review.

There is no routine self-service refund or cash-out. EriWave may make an exceptional refund for a duplicate, processing error, or legal requirement. The corresponding service balance is reserved before a refund is submitted and removed only when the processor confirms it.

A dispute or chargeback may freeze the workspace balance. If the provider confirms a reversal against EriWave, the corresponding credited balance is reversed. This can create a negative balance; spending and unfreezing stay blocked until the shortfall is resolved.
